Adventure Realty is a boutique real estate brokerage based in Hot Springs Village and serving Arkansas. Founded in 2026 by Wes Green, in real estate since 1998. One broker. One practice. A small number of homes at any time.
Not a franchise. Not a volume house. Not a team of twenty agents sharing a name and a lead pool.
Not a place where a home is a transaction, or a buyer is a lead, or a phone call goes through three people before it reaches the person whose name is on the door.
Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in America. Twenty-six thousand acres, eleven lakes, nine golf courses, and a gate designed by a man who studied under Frank Lloyd Wright. It deserves a brokerage whose only job is to represent the homes and the people that recognize it.
That standard doesn’t stop at the gate. Arkansas is full of distinguished homes and thoughtful buyers, and the practice extends to them.

Wes Green is the founder and managing broker. In real estate since 1998, a career across four states, now rooted in Hot Springs Village. Every listing, every buyer, every phone call — his. If the phone rings and he doesn’t answer, the reason is that he is with someone else who called first.
